Eye Opening
You have to be open minded or you will not get the best from this book. Sonia shares her wisdom in a way that is easy to understand and apply. I learned a lot including the importance of balance and grounding and ways to help achieve it. I enjoyed the tips, recommendations, and anecdotes used to support each point.
