So I couldn’t find a good description of what this is so I’ll tell you.
It’s a recording of a Dr Joe Dispenza workshop. It reinforces the ideas from his books with deeper explanations and also has recordings of the guided meditations the group does which are great to join in with.
I wouldn’t recommend this if you haven’t already read/listened to one of his books. But if you have and you enjoyed it I think you will love this.
