Publisher's Summary
Have you ever noticed how some of the most impoverished people are blissfully happy, yet some of the wealthiest are desperately miserable? Maybe, it seems like you can only be happy when things go your way, and even then, that’s only temporary. Or, maybe, you feel like no matter what you do, it’s impossible for you to feel happy because nothing ever works out for you. So, instead of seeing life as the amazing gift that it is, you just wait for each day to end, as if life itself is a burden. Happiness is not about what happens outside of you. It is about what is happening inside of you. If you choose to have the habit of happy thoughts and a happy disposition, you will find it easy to be happy, no matter your circumstances, and it will be easy for you to bounce back from times of trouble. You’ll also find that the happier you are, the more good things happen to you. Your mind-set makes all the difference. This audiobook contains over 850 (unique, not repeated) powerful positive affirmations to help you reprogram your mind to:- Boost self-esteem and self-confidence
- Know that success is for you, not just for other people
- Focus on the positive
- Attract high quality relationships
- And more...
- Call-and-response affirmations
- A meditation background track
- Subliminal hypnosis

Not like other affirmations books
This book was far superior to other affirmations books I’ve heard that have poor quality sound, awful loud music, and affirmations that are repeated and don’t even make sense in the first place

Full of great affirmations
I try to memorize a few after I listen to this and just repeat them to myself in my head all throughout the day. I feel like it contributes to my happiness, positivity and good mood.
