An Amazing Informative Tool
Unlearn. Learn. Relearn. That’s my overall take away from this book. There’s so much that I’m unlearning and learning how to relearn, this book is an amazing resource that helps to gently nudge me into the deep work necessary to become who I strive to be, to help me step out of the fear based logic that I’ve been conditioned into. This book has seriously assisted me in changing my perspective of myself, the sequence of events that molded me into who I am today and so much more. It’s eye opening!

Well Written Exploration of Personal Growth
I picked up this title from Freeaudiobooks.com and I’m glad I did. Listened to it almost exclusively at 2x speed & thoroughly enjoyed it. Will probably revisit it for the useful ideas in it. Presented in a very casual, personal way, but also organized clearly. Narrator Russel Newton was a good pick for the narration. Clear, personal and matching the tone and personality of the writing well. I’d listen to another by either the author or narrator.
