meh, could not get past how stupid the main character was
The main character is a surgeon but she was portrayed dumb as a stump. The story was OK, don’t regret listening to it but won’t be suggesting it either. FM has the capability of writing SO much better, love her and this won’t change that.

Freidda is by far my favorite writer. She knows how to get you into the story. Good twist. Again did not see it coming…I thought I got it, but no I did not…This book was read by some other reader. She was AWFUL, to the point I could not listen to it. Others complained too. They listen because they got one of the best: Leslie Howard and she was great…
