A waste of time, poor writing and bad dialogue
I liked the premise of the story so persevered hoping it would get better but it didn’t. The story is massively overweight in boring and unrealistic conversation that does little to develope the characters or plot. So much “he said”…”she said”…I got so sick of hearing the narrator say the word “said”. The author then just gave up on the plot. The ending was just a couple of paragraphs to reveal a happy ending and that’s that. Oh great. The aliens were defeated. It’s was like hours of boring back and forth and then the author says “it was all ok in the end”. It was such a good premise for a great story but I just feel like it is a lot of hours I won’t get back in my life. So disappointed
